Every StratSec officer is PSiRA registered, thoroughly vetted, and subject to criminal clearance checks before deployment. We maintain rigorous recruitment protocols, including in-depth interviews, reference verification, digital fingerprinting linked to the SAPS AFIS database, and both pre-employment and random on-site polygraph testing.
Our standard deployment includes Grade C or higher security officers, unless otherwise specified. All personnel receive site-specific training conducted by Grade A instructors, covering:
